Where those settings to exist changed for admins are located? I can forward the info for admins - if yous mean same people that run meetings.
I have this problem with all my teams meetings. In that location are at least 3 different hosts then far.
Since this corona volition exist with usa for months to come I would appreciate all assist with the consequence.
For meetings what I host myself I utilize google hangouts without any problems.

No, I am referring to the It personnel in accuse of assigning Teams accounts (if you lot don't know who is your admin, delight contact the IT department of your company or school).

Why would anyone forestall people updating their profile pictures? And why the choice is not subconscious or grayed out in UI if it cant exist used.
Where is instructions how to change this? Is information technology a secret to be revealed only for admins? :)
I'grand pretty certain that this issue is bug or bad design if it is not a bug.
Where is some kind of bugzilla where I can report this to be stock-still?
And why I'k having the same issue with three separate places. Company, hobby and government run teams? Probably they all run aforementioned version of teams server or whatever information technology is. Or information technology is but customer issue / bug.

I was able to find these possible solutions:
"Scaling the image to 100x100 resolved my event."
"My fix: change via online Teams and not the desktop app - worked for me"
"The way I got it to work was the post-obit way. I logged in to my Microsoft Office 365 business relationship, which is connected to the aforementioned business relationship as my Teams is. I inverse my profile moving-picture show there and decided to expect for 24h then it updated onto my Teams profile picture. No affair how big picture it was, or what format.
TLDR. Log in to your Microsoft Office 365 account that is continued to your Teams. Change the profile flick there and afterwards 24 hours information technology should accept updated in Teams."

I take effort and fail:
Prototype size form 90x90px to 1600x1600px PNG and JPG.
Changing image using spider web folio / app version and desktop app.
Now I changed my paradigm to Part 365 account that already had prototype. Image is now different, and then I expect 24h. But if it takes paradigm from there it should already show up.
I'm not having my hopes up. This boils downwardly to bad code, bad design of product or major issues on product.
And teams team seems to non care about the issue that affects few million users. That is the sorry part.
How many hours I must put in this to get information technology fixed or is this the low-cal bulb that does non need changing because darkness is standard? :)

I had the exact event and uploading the movie through the Web Interface every bit opposed to the customer worked.
Definitely seems to be a client bug.

I have tried irresolute my profile pic multiple times with multiple unlike pictures and sizes. I have tried in the web version also as the app version. Others in my company (with same level of access) have been able to do it, but I go on to go the generic mistake message "There was a problem saving the photograph. Delight try again."
Very frustrating - especially coming from Microsoft. As a QA Analyst, this is simply unacceptable to accept a bug like this go on for so long. Very poor quality.

I remember Pedro's advice here is probable to produce practiced results. Only, the other folk who have posted their frustration with this answer are also likely correct--there is a bug--in fact many bugs in Teams that give instability to the application. For some weird reason (weird until information technology becomes known), commands and deportment practise not always sync in Teams. For instance, I sometimes add members to channels or create new groups that only some members of the channel or the group can see on their team environs--merely calling the Information technology people has gear up this for me.
